My name is Jeff Andrews, and I've been a fan of old time radio for as long as I can remember. My initial introduction to vintage radio programs was probably as a child back in 1974 when my parents collected and sent away Kellogg's cereal box-tops for four LP records featuring installments of the Superman radio series which aired on the Mutual Broadcasting System in the 1940s. Yes, I still have these albums, they are very dear to me. They are currently framed and mounted on the wall in my home office.
The purpose of this blog is simply to share my love of vintage radio with anyone willing to indulge me and have a listen. I'll be posting, randomly and sporadically, various radio programs that I've enjoyed throughout the years along with information and trivia.
My hope is to find and entertain other like-minded individuals who enjoy vintage radio, or those of you who are open-minded enough to try something new.
